The product
Repairy keeps every repair on one record: customer, device, ticket, estimate, parts, texts, invoice, and payment, with a timeline of each handoff. Three agents work on top of that record. The intake agent turns an incoming text or a walk-in into a complete ticket, the estimate agent drafts the estimate from the technician’s findings and the shop’s pricing rules, and the follow-through agent prepares the next step for every open repair. Anything that commits the shop to a customer, a price, a purchase, a refund, or a payment waits for a person to approve it.
Who it is for
Independent repair shops in the United States that fix phones, tablets, computers, game consoles, and boards: usually one location and a team of two to ten, where the owner is also the counter, the buyer, and the bookkeeper. Repairy is not built for auto, appliance, or field service work.
The plan
Repairy has one plan, and it is free for life for the first 10 shops. There is no trial, no card, and no paid tier above it. Access is by demo: the team walks through the product on the shop’s own repairs and sets the shop up directly.
The company
Repairy was founded in 2026 and is run by a small team. The product, the writing on this site, and the replies to every request come from that team. Write to hello@repairy.ai to correct anything on this site; competitor facts on the comparison pages carry the date they were read and a link to the source.
