Repairy for computer repair shops
Keep the serial, the login, and the backup consent on one ticket.
Laptops and desktops arrive with data, peripherals, and a symptom that is hard to reproduce. Repairy records all of it at intake and keeps the diagnosis, estimate, and payment on the same record.

Common jobs
How a repair runs
Diagnostic with an unknown cause
The ticket opens in a diagnostic state with the symptom and the steps the customer used to reproduce it. The technician’s findings go on the timeline as they land. When the cause is known, the estimate is drafted from those findings and sent by text for approval.
Storage upgrade with a data transfer
The estimate lists the drive as a part line and the cloning as labor. The backup consent recorded at intake decides whether the transfer is in scope. Approval reserves the drive from stock, and the status text tells the customer when the transfer has started and when it is complete.
Keyboard and top case replacement
The part is model specific, so the ticket’s serial and model drive the estimate line. If the part is not in stock, the shortage shows on the ticket and the estimate can state the expected wait. The customer approves by text and the ticket waits in a parts state until the part arrives.
Pickup with peripherals returned
The pickup notice includes the balance. At the counter the intake record lists the charger and the SSD left with the machine, so both go back with it. Payment is recorded on the repair, and the login password is removed from the record when the ticket closes.
Features
Features computer repair shops use most
Repair tickets
Custom repair states fit the way your bench works. The timeline shows every handoff, note, and file, so anyone at the counter can say where a repair is and why.
Read moreCustomers and devices
The counter answers from the record instead of from memory: devices with their identifiers, condition photos, accessories, past repairs, and every message, on one customer.
Read moreEstimates and approvals
The technician’s findings turn into a reviewable estimate. The customer approves it by SMS link, revisions stay attached, and approval converts the estimate to the invoice.
Read moreParts and inventory
Shortages surface before the bench starts. Every part keeps its usage history, and serialized items are tracked one by one.
Read moreInvoices and payments
Pickup is a payment status check rather than a reconciliation. The approved estimate becomes the invoice, the deposit is already on it, and the balance is what the customer pays.
