Repairy for tablet repair shops
Track the tablet, its pencil and keyboard, and the approval on one record.
Tablets arrive with accessories that are easy to lose and glass that is expensive to get wrong. Repairy records the model, the accessories, and the condition at intake and sends the estimate by text.

Common jobs
How a repair runs
Digitizer or full display replacement
Intake records whether the display image is intact, which decides between a digitizer and a full assembly. The technician confirms on the bench, and the estimate is sent by text. Approval reserves the part from stock, and the accessories list from intake stays with the ticket until pickup.
Battery replacement
The estimate carries the battery as a part line and the adhesive work as labor. The status text tells the customer the device is on the bench, and a second text when it is ready. The invoice at pickup shows any deposit and the balance.
Charging port and liquid damage
The ticket opens in a diagnostic state. If the port is the fault, the estimate is one part line and labor. If the board is affected, the estimate is revised, and the customer approves or declines the revision by text with every version kept on the ticket.

Customers and devices
The counter answers from the record instead of from memory: devices with their identifiers, condition photos, accessories, past repairs, and every message, on one customer.
Read moreEstimates and approvals
The technician’s findings turn into a reviewable estimate. The customer approves it by SMS link, revisions stay attached, and approval converts the estimate to the invoice.
Read moreCustomer messaging
Estimates, status updates, approval reminders, payment requests, and pickup notices are sent from the ticket. Replies come back to the same ticket, and the whole conversation is on the customer.
Read moreParts and inventory
Shortages surface before the bench starts. Every part keeps its usage history, and serialized items are tracked one by one.
Read moreInvoices and payments
Pickup is a payment status check rather than a reconciliation. The approved estimate becomes the invoice, the deposit is already on it, and the balance is what the customer pays.
