What’s included
Stock by location
Quantities are kept per warehouse, shelf, or bin. Multi-location shops see each location’s stock and the total.
Reservations on approval
An approved estimate reserves its parts, so two repairs cannot claim the same screen.
Shortages before work starts
A part that is not in stock shows as a shortage on the ticket before the bench starts, so the counter can set the customer’s expectation.
Serialized items and usage history
Each serialized part records which repair used it. Every stock movement names its document and the person who posted it.

How a shop uses it

Receive stock
Post a receipt of parts into a location with quantity and unit cost. Serialized parts are received one serial at a time.

Reserve on approval
The approved estimate reserves its parts from the location the repair uses.

Write off on completion
The completed repair deducts the parts it used, and the movement shows on the part’s history and the goods flow report.

Estimate agent
Checks stock on hand when it drafts an estimate, names the bin the part is in, and flags a shortage so the counter can offer an alternative.
